dinner out with the family was great. (:
a happening affair, we managed to rescue an abandoned hamster!
hahaha, i swear my home is turning into a shelter for poor, homeless animals. heh, we're compassionate people! :D
the hamster was lucky it met us, it was being chased by xiao hei.
think of what would happen to it if we didn't see it. -shudders
anyone wants to adopt the hamster?
please tell me, we really can't keep it. lol.
one baby is enough for us already.
oh yes, back to the dinner.
i think its been like 4 years since the five of us eat out together.
its good to see my family happy like this. (: and the food was good as well!
ate lots of seafood, hahah.
anyway, just something random.
i've always appreciated my mum more than my dad.
but today, i realised i have a very nice daddy. :D
and i went shopping with darling in town today! retail therapy works really well for me.
oops, i think i've spent more than what i've earned for the past few days of christmas shopping.
the purpose of going town today, was to get a present for darling's friend, 'HE WHO SHALL NOT BE NAMED'.
hahahah!
i. shall. not. go. shopping. in. high. heels. ever. again.
remind me to wear my converse shoes next time i go shop! lol.
heels really kill, la.
wore heels yesterday too, that pair was worse. damn wobbly. :D
never mind, i shall blog about all my heels some other day. HA.
shopping was good today, i got both my sisters their christmas presents. (:
i also splurged on:
-three tee shirts with wacky slogans
-a pair of grey skinnies
that's my shopping list for today, only.
i SHALL NOT, WILL NOT spend anymore until chinese new year. hahaha.
okay, let's rewind.
christmas eve was well spent too!
met up with boona in town after her work to pass her christmas present.
that glutton was eating her present up as we walked around far east! lmao.
anyway, that ah soh took me budget shopping around town! hahaha.
she managed to chance upon this crazy MONDO sales at some ulu part of far east.
the shoes are really dirt cheap, ten bucks for a pair, albeit there weren't alot of choices left la.
mondo shoes usually go for twenty to thirty bucks per pair. :DD
urm, i bought three pairs of heels for myself, and a pair of flats for my sis.
did i mention that there were ALOT of people, and we had to squeeze around like some aunties? no image already, hahah.
then we shopped around some more cos boona wna get gifts for her parents.
and she lured brought me to lucky plaza!
i never shopped at lucky plaza cos that's like, a hangout for philippino maids la. LOL.
but the perfume there is really super cheap compared to normal prices.
i got my echo woman davidoff perfume for fourty bucks only.
cos i bought the tester, which looks brand new to me.
only it comes without the original packaging.
normally it costs me ninety bucks can! i feel so cheated.

yes, so i spent money like water for this christmas season.
i feel myself going broke. LOL.
this is such a wordy entry, i doubt anyone will finish reading it.
but, never mind! i shall continue. :D
after the very budget shopping with boona, i RUSHED HOME, DRESSED UP and RUSHED OUT again.
was supposed to meet darling for dinner at madjack's cafe, but we both were late!
we made reservations for six thirty and turned up at seven-ish. lol.
but thankfully the place wasn't really packed, and our food arrived at super speed. hahah.
the food was really GOOD, we ate till we couldn't walk.
go try if you have the time! it's at jalan kayu, the famous roti prata there.

but the photos don't do justice to the food, they tasted alot better. :D
we both had the ribeye steak in black pepper sauce.
spicy fries with cheese! hahaha, it was our favourite for the night.
we strongly recommend this. :D
empty plates, full stomachs. hahah, but there's ALWAYS room for dessert.
say hello to wild boy, hahaha. darling ate this banana thing. it's really damn nice!
sweetie pie's such a disgusting name for apple crumble. hahaha, i ordered this but i regretted!
so i could only watch (enviously) as darling ate hers. hahaha, never mind, i managed to steal bites. :D
yea, christmas eve dinner was satisfying!
i counted down to christmas this year! but not at town.
hahah.
anway, i enjoyed my christmas this year very much, thank you.
