she got influenced by me! then we were deciding which powerpuff girls stationary to buy.
lol. then bring to school and show off! omg. we're really very childish la.
sat on the floor to read all the hilariously childish books somemore.
snow white, cinderella, sleeping beauty etc.
people walking past must b thinking that we're really stressed up in jcs. :D

alright valentine's day today! so sad today aj have no school so i din get any valentine's day presents! so irritating.
my cousin got proposed to by her boyfriend la! its really very sweet. he proposed via the BIG SCREEN at raffles. OF COS SHE AGREED. oh man. i shall be looking forward to her wedding! :D so fun! i want to help in the preparations too.
ahhh! and my sister la. she's really ZAI.
she was carrying this HUMONGOUS pink colour bear all the way from school back home.
really cool la. and the bear was from this guy she rejected not long ago. COOL NOT!
eee. i m really jealous la.
okay okay enough about valentine's day! i m depressed la.
hmm. quite a lot of tenners stayg on. i m glad la. (:

wow. i havent been blogging for the longest time ever. everytime i go back to my old blog, there will be lack of inspiration and even tho i have many many MANY things to say, my words will jus die on the keyboard.
SO! joyce has decided to get this new blog to record down things happening in her life. (:
i think i have really really short term memory and therefore, i shld use this to remind myself of all the wonderful things happening in my life! :D
however, life isnt tt great now...
got back my GCE o level results on the 10th of feb.
it was nervous nervous NERVOUS all the way. i even went to the guan yin temple to pray tgt with hwee teng before we head back to st nicks for the results.
whispered prayers for everyone in s10/06. (:
SO. everyone from sec 4 batch 2005 was loitering arnd school before the results were out.
i was too tensed and i only barely finished half of my orange bowl eh!
okay, so at 2.30, everyone went to the hall and listened to the principal talks, encouragement talks and so on. they even had mrs khong to talk to us abt how to register the JAE thing!
OH MY GOD. i really felt like peeing then. ahahahah. okay tt was really out of point.
so we queued up in register no. order and lined up to get lots of stuff from zhang chunyu. including grad night cd and dvd, free copy of newpaper [??], file, food and fun fair tickets, alumnae form AND THE RESULTS SLIP.
my heart was beating REALLY REALLY FAST and like 'POM POM POM!' la. i saw the certificate and was quite disappointed actually.
i got A2 for higher chinese and B3 for both sciences plus humanties. which was what i had not really hoped for.
BUT BUT BUT! i got A1 for english and chinese literature!
hahahaha. can you believe that i got A1 for chinese lit! AMAZING. :D
i was quite proud of what i got for ADD MATH AND MATH too! A2 and A1 respectively. heh. i never thought i cld get distinctions for my math!
so i wasnt expecting to have a spectacular L1R5 after i saw the cert.
9 points. TOTALLY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS LA. i thought i cld never get a single digit. :D initially i was only hoping to score well enough to get back to aj.
went around kpo-ing for abit, to see what my ex classmates and my tenners got.
st nicks did really well this year la! so many ppl got single digit L1R5s... really happy for all of them.
some ppl chose to stay on, some decided to go on to other jcs of their choice. no matter what, as quoted from chuan, 10/06 will never be the same again.
felt rather sad and down for a few days following the release of the results. altho there wld most probably be more than half of our class staying on in aj, it wld never feel the same again. 10/06 spirit. (:
on the other hand, it might not be a really bad thing after all. always look on the bright side of thing. ALRIGHT ITS CLICHE but who cares.
staying on in aj. i hope i've made the right choice.
i think i'll really miss first three months! now tt results are out, its back to serious business again. no more slacking around and not meeting the homework deadlines. no more basketball-ing every break. no more heck caring about tests and whatnot. no more loitering in sch until late in the evening. no more having class outings and gatherings as frequently as we do now. SICKENING.
on a lighter note, valentine's day is tmr and i m dateless! ): how sad.
